Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Tinstac LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the Unseeded apps and this website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use Unseeded. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information, including your real first and last name.
Playing fair
- Record scores honestly. Don't fake games or results to gain Seed points or Ranks.
- Don't harass, threaten or impersonate other players, or post illegal, hateful or sexual content.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the Service.
We may remove content, reset results or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to host, store and show it to the people you share it with, only to run the Service.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans. Unseeded has a Free plan and two paid plans, Player and Organizer, billed monthly, yearly, or once for lifetime access. Prices are shown before you buy.
- Automatic renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You'll be charged at the start of each billing period.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time. For purchases on this website, cancel from Plan & billing in the app or by emailing us. For App Store or Google Play purchases, cancel in your store account settings. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Price changes. We'll tell you before a price change applies to your plan.
Promotions and codes
- Invite and partner codes are used at checkout on this website only. They can't be used in the App Store or Google Play.
- A code gives 30% off the first month of a monthly plan, or 10% off the first year of a yearly plan. After that, the plan renews at the regular price.
- One code per account, for new paid customers only. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined with other offers and can't be sold or transferred.
- Partners who share codes are paid under separate partner terms. We may end a promotion or cancel a code that is misused.
Refunds and disputes
If you're not happy with a purchase made on this website, email support@tinstac.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops future charges. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
If you see a charge you don't recognize or disagree with, please email us first. We'll look into it and reply within one business day, and most issues are resolved with a refund. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we may share your purchase and account records with the payment processor to respond, and your paid plan may be paused while the dispute is open.
The Service
We work to keep Unseeded running, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
